Join Our Team as a Housekeeper Villa Del Sol Resort, located on the pristine shores of Paga Beach in Kisumu County, is seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. We pride ourselves on providing a luxurious and comfortable experience for our guests, and you could be a key part of making that happen!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-ofhouse spaces.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Change linens, replace toiletries, and ensure rooms are well-stocked and inviting.
  • Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Adhere to the resort’s health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with laundry duties as required.
  • Deliver exceptional service and respond promptly to guest requests.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Housekeeping or a related field (required).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or resort housekeeping is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
